Výstava sa koná v dňoch 10.10. – 12.10. 2025 v Trenčianskej Turnej v priestoroch kultúrneho domu. Sprístupnená verejnosti bude v piatok od 14:00 do 18:00 v sobotu od 9:00 do 19:00 a v nedeľu od 9:00 do 13:00 hod.
Na výstavu je možné prihlásiť všetky druhy exotického vtáctva. Kanáriky a drobné exoty ročník 2024 a 2025 ( v kolekciách budú vystavené len kanáriky). Vtáky podliehajúce registrácií musia byť označené v súlade so zákonom.
Vtáky musia byť na výstavu doručené a z nej odobrané len osobne. Príjem exemplárov sa uskutoční v stredu 8.10. 2025 od 15:00 hod do 21:00 hod. Výdaj v nedeľu 12.10. 2025 od 13:30 hod. podľa vzdialenosti bydliska chovateľov.
Prihlášku bude usporiadateľ potvrdzovať telefonicky na číslo uvedené v prihláške. Výstavný výbor má právo odmietnuť prijatie prihlášky s odôvodnením.
Pri príjme je nutné doložiť veterinárne potvrdenie z miesta bydliska, nie staršie ako 3 dni a doklad o zaplatení výstavného poplatku.
Klietkové je 1 € za každý vystavený exponát. Andulka, Agapornis , vo vlastnej bodovačke budú mať výstavný poplatok 0,50 €. Drobné exotické vtáctvo bude vystavené v našej kartónovej bodovačke- klietkové 2,50 € ks alebo vo vitríne-klietkové 1€ ks. Kanáre je možné vystavovať len vo vlastných klietkach kartónových , plastových alebo oblúkových – 1 ks 0,50 € ( + vlastné krmítko a bidielka). Vystavovateľ je povinný odobrať výstavný katalóg v cene člen (SZCH, ČSCH, Klub) 3,50 €, nečlen 7 € (katalóg + manipulačný poplatok). Výstavný poplatok musí byť uhradený poštovou poukážkou na adresu : Máčala Jozef, S. Timona 698, Trenčianska Turná 913 21 alebo bankovým prevodom na číslo účtu IBAN: SK50 8360 5207 0042 0258 7709 do správy pre prijímateľa uviesť meno a výstava2025 najneskôr do 28. 09. 2025. Mladí chovatelia sú oslobodení od platby výstavného poplatku ,vyznačia prihlášku písmenami MCH, platia iba katalóg 3,50 €.
Posudzovanie exemplárov sa uskutoční dňa 9.10. 2025 delegovanými posudzovateľmi SZCH a to bez prístupu verejnosti. Papagáje vystavené vo voliérach budú posudzované ako jednotlivci.
Predaj zvierat bude realizovaný len prostredníctvom predajného stánku. Predajná cena musí byť uvedená v prihláške. V katalógu bude uvedená požadovaná predajná cena majiteľa navýšená o 10 %. Navýšenie 10 % pripadne v prospech výstavy. Predávajúci obdrží ním stanovenú cenu. Pozor, platby budú zaokrúhľované s presnosťou na 0,50 centov hore (od 0,1 do 0,4 zaokrúhlenie na 0,5 €, od 0,6 do 0,9 na 1 €).. Pokiaľ sa rozhodne vystavovateľ po odoslaní prihlášky na výstavu (resp. počas výstavy) svoje predajné zviera zmeniť na nepredajné, musí si ho sám kúpiť.
Kŕmenie počas výstavy bude zabezpečené štandardnými krmivami, špeciálne kŕmenie treba vopred dohodnúť s výstavným výborom. Akákoľvek manipulácia s vtákmi počas výstavy zo strany majiteľa – vystavovateľa je zakázaná.
Výstavný výbor zodpovedá za riadne kŕmenie, napájanie a ošetrovanie zvierat počas výstavy. V prípade úhynu exponátu bude na základe písomnej žiadosti vystavovateľa prevedené veterinárne vyšetrenie, poplatok zaplatí vystavovateľ. Ak k úhynu dôjde dôsledkom chyby usporiadateľa, zaplatí usporiadateľ náhradu škody vo výške trhovej ceny.
Najúspešnejším jedincom podľa bodového ocenenia v zmysle smerníc o usporiadaní výstav budú udelené I., II., III. MIESTA v jednotlivých kategóriách , Šampión výstavy(najviac bodovaný vták) a ďalej budú udelené ceny venované chovateľskými klubmi a sponzormi. Vystavovatelia si ceny môžu prevziať v čase otvorenia výstavy pre verejnosť, v kancelárii výstavy. Zasielanie cien po ukončení výstavy nie je možné.
Prihlasovať je možné od 25.8.2025 od 12.00 hod. Uzávierka prihlášok je 28. 09. 2025 do 24.00 hod.

Exhibition of exotic birds BIRD WORLD (10.10.2025 – 12.10.2025 Cultural house Trenčianska Turná)

The exhibition is oragnized from 10.10. to 12.10.2025 in Trenčianska Turná, Slovakia in the premises of the cultural house. It will be open to the public on Friday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
All species of exotic birds can be registered for the exhibition. Canaries and small exotics vintage 2024 and 2025 (only canaries will be exhibited in the collections). Birds subject to registration must be marked in accordance with the law.
Birds must be delivered and removed from the exhibition only personaly. Receiving of the birds will take place on Wednesday, 8.10. 2025 from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Dispensing wil take place on Sunday 12.10.2025 from 1:30 p.m. according to the distance of residence of the breeders.
The Organizer will confirm the application form by phone to the phone number specified in the application form. The exhibition committee has the right to refuse the application form with a justification.
Upon admission, it is necessary to provide a veterinary certificate from the place of residence, not older than 3 days and proof of payment of the exhibition fee.
The cage fee is €1 for each exhibit on display. Budgerigar, Agapornis, in their own scoring cage will have a show fee of 0.50 €. Small exotic birds will be displayed in our cardboard cage - 2.50 € each or in a showcase cage - 1 € each.. Canaries can only be exhibited in their own cardboard, plastic or arched cages – 1 pc/ 0.50 € (+ own feeder and perches). The exhibitor is obliged to take the exhibition catalogue at the price of a member (SZCH, ČSCH, Club) 3,50 €, non-member 7 € (catalogue + handling fee). The exhibition fee must be paid by postal order to the address: Máčala Jozef, S. Timona 698, Trenčianska Turná 913 21 or by bank transfer to the IBAN account number: SK50 8360 5207 0042 0258 7709 put the name and exhibition 2025 in the message for the recipient no later than 28.09.2025. Young breeders are exempt from paying the show fee, they mark the application with the letters MCH, they pay only 3 € catalogue fee.
The assessment of specimens will take place on 3.10.2024 by delegated SZCH assessors without public access. Parrots exhibited in aviaries will be considered as individuals.
The sale of animals will be carried out only through the sales stand. The sale price must be stated in the application form. The catalogue will indicate the required selling price of the owner increased by 10%. The increase of 10% will go to the benefit of the exhibition. The seller will receive the price set by him. Please note that payments will be rounded up to 0.50 cents (from 0.1 to 0.4 rounding to €0.5, from 0.6 to 0.9 to €1). If the exhibitor decides to change his selling animal to a non-saleable animal after sending the application for the exhibition (or during the exhibition), he must buy it himself.
Feeding during the exhibition will be provided with standard feeds. Special feeding should be agreed with the exhibition committee in advance. Any manipulation with birds during the exhibition by the owner – exhibitor is prohibited.
The exhibition committee is responsible for proper feeding, watering and treatment of animals during the exhibition. In the case of the death of the exhibit, a veterinary examination will be carried out on the basis of a written request of the exhibitor, the fee will be paid by the exhibitor. If the death occurs as a result of the organizer's mistake, the organizer will pay damages in the amount of the market price.
The most successful individuals according to the point award in accordance with the guidelines on the organization of exhibitions will be awarded I., II., III. places, Champion of the show (the highest scoring bird) and prizes donated by breeding clubs and sponsors will be awarded. Exhibitors can get their prizes at the time of the opening of the exhibition to the public, at the exhibition office. It is not possible to send prizes after the end of the exhibition.
Registration is possible from 25.8.2025, 12.00 p.m. The deadline for sending applications is 28.09.2025 until 24.00.
